All of my words are lost in old journals. Pages worn, corners turned from all of the searching, in hopes that the words will jump right back into my brain. I scratch at the surface from deep down in the hole that I’m buried in, but nothing relents. I long more than anything for brilliance to once again, flow through my pen. There’s no giving in.
